GREEN BROOK TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL AND POLICE BUILDING ADDITION    [ click image for larger view ] Completed in May 2004

Municipal Building
In need of a new Municipal building after their original structure was ravaged by a flood, it was decided to raze the original instead of renovating it. Our firm designed a new municipal building that was above the flood plain and allowed the flood waters to pass below the structure. Even the mechanical units and generator are "flood proofed". The open floor plan lends itself to the interactions of their Municipal departments. The Court room on the second floor was a necessity that will be well used.

Police Building
The existing rescue squad building had an addition designed to house the Police department that was relocated from the original building basement. We needed to design to the Department of Corrections standards for the cell area.
